Guest Policy & Etiquette

  • Reservations: To ensure your preferred time, advanced reservations are required for all spa services.
  • Admission: Please note that all service prices exclude the Spa Day Pass. A separate admission fee applies to access the facilities.
  • Spa Atmosphere: To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, please speak softly and be considerate of others’ relaxation.
  • Health & Hygiene: For the health and safety of our guests, entry to pools and saunas is restricted for women during their menstrual cycle.
  • Dress Code: To maintain water purity, swimwear and footwear are strictly prohibited in the pool areas. Footwear including flip-flops and slippers is not allowed anywhere in our facility.
  • Safety First: For your safety, glass bottles and containers are not permitted within the spa premises.
  • Digital Detox: To protect guest privacy and ensure total relaxation, Kindles, iPads, and all electronic devices are not allowed inside the spa.
  • Gratuity: Service prices do not include gratuity. While at your discretion, a gratuity for your therapist is greatly appreciated.
  • Age Restriction: To preserve a quiet atmosphere, the spa is a sanctuary for guests aged 13 and older.
  • Policy Updates: Prices and menus are subject to change without prior notice.
