1. Arrive at least 20~30 minutes before appointment time.
2. Soak in the Jacuzzis & saunas to allow skin to loosen.
3. Listen for your number for the treatment inside spa. (Go upstairs for massage service)
4. Like any other health services, there are possible side effects including skin irritation, muscle pain, bleeding on scar, and allergic reaction. If you are not sure or concern about your condition, consult with your doctor before getting a service. We are not responsible for any side effects, allergic reaction, or your health condition.
5. If you are not satisfied with or are not comfortable with our service for any reason, you have the right to stop service within the first 10 minutes. There is no refund after the first 10 minutes. 6. Price and menu are subject to change without notice.
