1. Gift Cards & Memberships

All Sales Are Final: Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, and memberships are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat them like cash.
2. Spa Services & Packages

Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds on any spa services (scrubs, massages, facials, etc.) once they have been completed.

Prepaid Packages: Unused portions of prepaid spa packages or series are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for other services of equal or lesser value or transferred to store credit at management’s discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee: As stated in our Treatment Guide, if you are not satisfied with your service, you have the right to stop the treatment within the first 10 minutes. No refunds will be issued after the 10-minute mark.
3. Retail Products (Skincare, Beauty, etc.)

Unopened Products: Unused and unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Opened/Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care products unless the item is defective or causes a documented allergic reaction.

All refunds for eligible retail products will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.
