Step 1: Check-in After paying for admission, you will receive your personal locker key and spa uniform. Please keep your key securely around your wrist at all times.
Step 2: Locker Room Tap your key onto the black pad to unlock your locker. Please store all your belongings inside. (Do not overstuff the lockers as the lock may jam, and always double-check to make sure your locker is securely locked.)
Step 3: Showers & Baths No bathing suits or clothing are permitted in this gender-separated area. Please rinse off in the shower before entering the jacuzzis or saunas. For the privacy of all guests, cell phones are strictly prohibited in the shower and jacuzzi areas.
Step 4: Co-ed Sauna Area (Jjimjilbang) Everyone must wear the provided Q Sauna & Spa uniform at all times while enjoying the communal sauna and relaxation areas.
Step 5: Check-out Please ensure you have gathered all your belongings from your locker. Place used towels and uniforms in the laundry basket, return your key to the front desk, and settle any remaining balances.
